Once upon a time in a land not so far away lived two people with a huge dream…

Alright, you’ve caught us. Once upon a time seems like hundreds of years ago, when in fact, it’s officially been 20 years. And what a few decades it has been!

Like all fairytale heroes, Beetle Inc’s story began humbly. Dane Salmon, our meticulous Operations Director, and Kylie Salmon, our fearless Strategic Marketing Director, started this story as an Art Director and an Account Executive respectively. Exceptionally talented in their individual fields, Dane and Kylie decided to join forces and start Beetle Inc, the strategic creative marketing agency that, in the last 20 years, has become a force to be reckoned with.

No hero’s story is complete without trials and tribulations, and so Beetle Inc has faced, and will probably still face adversity and obstacles. We’re not going to lie; we have a secret weapon in our arsenal that acts as our cheat code in overcoming these obstacles with a grin: overwhelming positivity and camaraderie.

Our company culture can be summarised in a simple (but effective) scenario: At every piñata party, there’s chaos, but we’re not a part of it. We’re the seasoned, precision-striking assassin who knows exactly how to hit the mark, break open the market, and make those sweet returns rain down.

Our success is largely due to our leaders’ hands-on approach to the everyday busyness that accompanies running a thriving agency. Their passion and commitment to their dream is a daily source of inspiration for the backbone of our agency (aka our team). Through their watchful guidance and mentorship, our team has become a testament to what happens after a dream comes true. The happily ever after.

Over the years, Beetle Inc has become a family of all shapes, sizes, colours, and talents. Four of our team members have been with us for over 15 years, one for 10 years, and a handful for five years, and while we’re definitely the most talented bunch, we’ve got no interest in becoming a huge conglomerate that over-produces and under-delivers. We prefer to stick to our roots, where the passion for the art of marketing is evident in every piece of content and every strategy we create.

26 people strong, Dane and Kylie have amassed a micro army of dedicated, passionate creative and strategic thinkers who consistently go above and beyond for clients. It’s because of this passion, the kind that’s palpable as soon as you walk through our front door, that we’re able to foster long and happy relationships with our clients. We’re so fortunate to still be able to consistently deliver excellent work to our very first client, two decades later.
